The history of Kabra Group is of a small venture to a Business Group. Mr. Bankat lal Kabra along with the outright support and encouragement of Mr. Ramawtar Kabra commenced Kabra Commercial Limited in 1982 – a Company involved in financing and investment activities. In the year 1983 the company came up with IPO and got its Equity shares listed on the Calcutta stock exchange Limited and Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange Limited. Gradually it got diversified into coal business and embarked on to launch services of Coal Logistic & Liasioning, supply chain management and import of Coal and coke. Under the management of Mr. Ramawtar Kabra and Mr. Rajesh Kumar Kabra the voyage in the vast ocean of success still continues as it diversifies itself into various fields.
